Major Update
We have some disappointing news for our clients, but overall, this is an exciting development for us, and no negative events have occurred. As part of our journey to gain client trust and prove our profitability, we reached a significant milestone, achieving our goal of attracting larger investors sooner than anticipated. Initially, our goal was to bring on client funds, giving us access to a pool of capital and grow it by 0.75% a day, and pay out everyone accordingly. While this strategy was successful, we've now reached a point where we have too much capital and need to divest any funds that are not directly owned by us, giving us 100% ownership of the collective asset pool. From here, the pool will be dissolved into our own diverse set of stock portfolios and crypto wallets.
As we transition to managing a substantial new capital pool, we are required to liquidate all standing client portfolios. While we understand this may be disappointing, this decision is necessary to align with our long-term vision.
In line with this transition, all accounts are now subject to liquidation. This is a forced payout for everyone, and no accounts will be exempt. All trading activity will cease, and no further returns will be generated. The disbursement of funds will take up to 28 business days to process.
We very much appreciate the trust that was put into us, and we stood well by our clients. However, we can no longer legally risk ourselves for minimal benefit. We are very sorry for "leading" you on in a sense. We were under the impression we could transition to having the proper registration and licensing while holding client funds at the same time, but due to the amount of capital we will now be working with, we are unable to keep operations running as usual.
Coming into the new year, once we have the proper registration and licensing in place, we will possibly return to our operations, but only managing 5 figure or more deposits.

Executive Summary
At Grey & Ronan, we provide a professional collective fund management service that simplifies investment growth for our clients. Through our Collective Asset Pool (CAP), we allow clients to open portfolios that grant proportional ownership of the pool, enabling them to have a share in its daily returns and potential losses.
When you join the CAP, your deposit determines your ownership percentage, which directly correlates to your share of the pool's daily performance.
For example, if the CAP balance is $10,000 and you contribute $1,000, you own 10% of the pool and receive 10% of the daily gains or losses.
Our 70/30 funding structure ensures that 70% of the CAP is composed of client deposits and 30% is funded by Grey & Ronan. In the rare and yet to happen event that all profits are lost, we absorb the remaining loss, protecting your initial deposit.
We also offer a tiered fee structure based on the size of your deposit and account value. This structure rewards larger investments with lower fees to maximize growth.

Each day, we add the simulated $500 to our pool, adjust for your ownership percentage, and increase the daily gains accordingly. For example, a 10% gain on a $10 account is $1, but on a $15 account, it's $1.50. This allows potential clients to experience how our strategy works and see the potential returns, all before they ever make a deposit.
